Using chalk or a pencil, start by drawing a small dot on your worksheet to represent the beginning of your life.
4. Identifying Pivotal Moments:
Think about the pivotal moments in your life—those moments that had a significant impact on you. These could be events, achievements, challenges, or personal milestones. Draw circles around these pivotal moments.
5. Reflecting on Each Year:
Take time to reflect on each of the pivotal years in your life. Visualise the moments, experiences, and feelings associated with each year.
